On September 26, the Career Expo attracted 2,610 students and 214 employers to the event at the CFE Arena. For those attendees Career Services staff members spoke to, 79 attendees said they landed an interview and over 220 attendees said they made a valuable employer connection.

“The university that I would have gone to in my home state would not have had something like this. Great job!” One student wrote in the evaluation of the event. Another wrote: “The event was very well organized and I had the opportunity to talk to all the employers I was interested in.”

The next opportunity for students to attend a Career Expo is February 6, 2017 at the CFE Arena from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Career Expo occurs every spring and fall semester, and students have the chance to attend the Statewide Job Fair in the summer, which attracts similar numbers of students and employers.
