At UCF, we care about you and your success. That’s why we have designed our Academic Success Coaching model, which partners you with your college-based Academic Success Coach (ASC). You and your assigned ASC will work together, from orientation to graduation, to establish your goals, co-design your academic plans, and monitor your success. Your assigned ASC is both your academic advisor and your success coach, and will be with you from start to finish! What We Do Your Academic Success Coach will be your academic advisor, but also so much more! Your coach will work with you during your initial coaching session to get to know you, and your academic and career goals, and will design with you a plan for success at UCF. Throughout your relationship, your coach will help you to set goals, create realistic success strategies, and develop knowledge, skills, and self-efficacy in key areas. Your life is more than just academics, and your coach wants to get to know you, and how your academic goals balance with your other life priorities.
