I have applied to UCF and should be eligible for the waiver, but my residency status says non-Florida resident. What do I do?

Your residency status will reflect non-Florida resident. However, the waiver will offset the out-of-state fees, giving you the equivalent of in-state tuition. The waiver will apply to your fee invoice during the second week of classes, prior to the payment deadline. In the meantime, to determine the amount of tuition and fees at an in-state equivalent rate once you register, subtract the UGRD Non-Resident Fee’ and the ‘UGRD non-Resident FA Fee’ amounts from your account balance total. The remainder would be the tuition and fees that will be due.
