Knightbot is UCF’S Chatbot service!

Knightbot began as a partnership between the UCF Center for Higher Education Innovation and Mainstay in early 2020. Today, Knightbot can answer over 1200 general questions about a variety of UCF topics and learns more every day! You can see Knightbot in action on many UCF websites as a pop-up window on the bottom right of the page.

Knightbot also has text messaging capability and is used by offices and colleges across UCF to send timely notifications and updates directly to students. You may receive text messages from Knightbot from 407-993-6880 and, if you are a currently active undergraduate or graduate student, can text it directly to ask questions! Messaging and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by texting the bot STOP. If you have previously opted out, you can opt back in by texting the bot START.
