Maribeth Ehasz, Ph.D., is the vice president for student development and enrollment services at the University of Central Florida, one of the nation’s largest and most diverse universities. She has devoted her entire professional career to helping students succeed. As vice president, Ehasz provides leadership to 28 departments, 700 full-time staff members, and over 2,200 student employees. Under her leadership, UCF has worked to provide students access to a high-quality education and innovative co-curricular learning experiences. Ehasz has received numerous awards and accolades including the university’s first VIP Diversity Award for her commitment and leadership in making diversity and inclusion visible, intentional, and a priority for her division. She is also a recipient of the National Academic Advising Association Pacesetter Award for her career contributions to the improvement of academic advising. She presents nationally on women’s career development, student success, and academic advising effectiveness.
Ehasz earned her bachelor and master’s degrees from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Toledo.
