Black History Month Opening


Award-winning journalist Soledad O'Brien was the guest speaker at the Black History Month opening ceremony

Black History Month is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans and a time for recognizing the central role of blacks in U.S. history.

Emmy Award-winning journalist, documentarian, news anchor, producer, and host of “Matt of Fact,” Soledad O’Brien, joined UCF Multicultural Student Center to mark the opening of Black History Month.

Soledad spoke about challenges in journalism and answered questions from Knights in attendance.
