Nothing much…just job shadowing at an amazing company while I build my professional network, learn about internship, and job opportunities and get insight into directions to take my career. That about sums up Experiential Learning’s Knight Shadow Program – a one-day job-shadowing experience open to ALL currently enrolled UCF students, offered during the semester breaks. We’re gearing up for the Summer 2024 session, Aug 6 & 7, and students will be able to apply to shadowing opportunities that align with their career interests. Students search “Knight Shadow” on Handshake to apply to postings with their Resume once the application window opens ( June 14-July 1). Over the past summer, winter and spring sessions 477 UCF students shadowed at 116 companies. Employers include NASA, BNY Mellon, FedEx, CECO, OCPS, Travelers, ScribeAmerica, Kore AI, Kaseya, Orange County Convention Center, Garney Construction, and many more.
