The Retention Intervention Team gathered on October 15 to celebrate the successes of the 2018–2019 year. The Summer-Fall Full-Time FTIC preliminary retention rate is 91.4% this year, surpassing last year’s rate of 90.4%. The Retention Intervention Team is a collaborative effort featuring many units and offices across SDES and the university community. RIT worked to provide strategic support to first-year students through coordinated outreach campaigns, addressing barriers/holds, and referring students to campus resources. Thank you to everyone who supported our outreach efforts this year! Onward to 92%!
