The Division of Student Success and Well-being is proud to announce the next phase of Knightbot, UCF’S Chatbot service!
Knightbot began as a partnership between the UCF Center for Higher Education Innovation and Mainstay in early 2020. Today, Knightbot can answer over 1200 general questions about a variety of UCF topics and learns more every day! You can see Knightbot in action on many UCF websites as a pop-up window on the bottom right of the page.
Starting in Fall 2023, Knightbot now is available for active UCF students to directly contact via SMS text messaging! By texting your question to 407-993-6880, active undergraduate and graduate students can query Knightbot for answers on common UCF topics and receive immediate feedback 24/7! Messaging and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by texting the bot STOP. If you have previously opted out, you can opt back in by texting the bot START.
